Even though the trek’s difficulty level is considered to be medium still the Marangu route has a moderate Kilimanjaro Success Rate. It has around 80% of Success Rate and 2 Stars Rating.

Lemosho Route:

Lemosho Route one of the most scenic route on Kilimanjaro. However, it has one of the less taken paths to the peak. But is has one of the highest Kilimanjaro Success Rates with 90% Success Rate. It ascends from the west side of Kilimanjaro and finishes at Mweka. Notably, only 9927 persons climb this route annually. It is highly recommended with a rating of 4 Stars.

Rongai Route:

Rongai Route is one of the most secluded paths to Kilimanjaro. It is the only route which begins in the north-eastern side of the mountain. Only a few climbers choose this route to trek. It has a moderate Kilimanjaro Success Rate with 80%. However, it is highly recommended with a rating of 4 stars.

Umbwe Route:

Umbwe Route starts from the west side of Kilimanjaro and finishes at Mweka. This is one of the least popular routes with only 589 persons climbing per year. With the high difficulty level, it has a low Kilimanjaro Success Rate with only a 70% Success Rate. It has rating of 2 Stars.
